Mala Orange Snapper Brunch (Orange)
Ingredients
- 150 ml Mala Peruviana (Orange)
- 100 ml Dry Gin
- 100 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
- 50 ml carrot juice
- 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 25 ml honey
- salt - pepper
- Tabasco sause
- Carrots or celery for garnish
Mala Orange Snapper Brunch Preparation
- Pour all the ingredients into the pitcher you plan on serving from and stir them very well, except the gin
- Put your preferred measure of gin in a highball glass with ice and then add the mixture over the gin
