Greek Mala (Red or Blend)
- 70ml Mala Peruviana (Red or Blend)
- 50 ml soft flavored tsipouro
- 15ml lemon juice
- 1 tea spoon honey
- Worcestershire sause (optionally)
- 15ml Red sweet peper puree
- Salt & peper
Greek Mala Preparation
- Use a shaker to mix the ingredients with some ice cubes.
Serve in a classic glass with or without ice and use a plate to serve on with some honey next to it.
- Garnish with a cube of Greek cheese (graviera, kefalotiri) and a green olive
This is a Greek version of bloody mary.
