Mala Orange Snapper Brunch (Orange)



  • 150 ml Mala Peruviana (Orange)
  • 100 ml Dry Gin
  • 100 ml freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 50 ml carrot juice
  • 15 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 25 ml honey
  • salt – pepper
  • Tabasco sause
  • Carrots or celery for garnish

Mala Orange Snapper Brunch Preparation

  1. Pour all the ingredients into the pitcher you plan on serving from and stir them very well, except the gin
  2. Put your preferred measure of gin in a highball glass with ice and then add the mixture over the gin
  3. Give it a stir to mix and garnish with sticks of carrots or celery
