 Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 500 gr. flour, hard
  • 500 gr. flour, g.o.x.
  • 7 gr. yeast, dry
  • 600-700ml. water
  • 70 ml olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tbsp. sugar

For the sauce:

  • 800 gr. Mala Peruviana Red naked tomato
  • 1 tbsp. royal dry
  • 1 & 1/2 tbsp. dried oregano
  • 1 – 1.5 tbsp. breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 tbsp. dried thyme
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

For the pizza:

  • Ham
  • Bacon
  • Fresh mushrooms
  • Green pepper, cut into strips
  • Onion, cut into strips
  • Olives, slices
  • Feta, grated
  • Gouda cheese, grated

Preparation

In the mixer bucket, add the water, the yeast and the sugar and leave the yeast to activate for a few minutes. Then add the flour, egg, salt and knead with the mixer hook for 2 ‘.
Then add the olive oil, knead until it becomes a smooth and soft dough.
Lightly grease a bowl and as soon as the dough is ready, put it in it, cover it with a towel and let it rise for 60-90 minutes.
When it rises, divide the dough into 6. We flour our workbench and with the help of a rolling pin we open one dough in a round shape with a diameter of 30cm. Repeat the same process with the other doughs.
Execution for the sauce: Put all the filling ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a spoon until the sauce mixture is homogenous.
We take spoons from the sauce and spread them on the surface of each dough, we put the combination of the ingredients we want on top and we finish with the cheese.
Preheat the oven to 220 ° C on the heating elements up and down, place a baking tray upside down in the oven and let it burn.
Sprinkle with a little flour or semolina and place the pizza on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Take the pizza out of the oven, cut it into 10-12 pieces and serve it hot.
Repeat the same process with the other doughs.
